Her extensive experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and special education demonstrates a profound commitment to ensuring every child’s success.
With her background in early childhood education and a master’s in curriculum & instruction, Latrise brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to her work. Her hands-on experience as a behavior technician, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for students with special needs, showcases her dedication to individualized learning strategies.
Her familiarity with the Orton Gillingham methods for students with dyslexia underscores her commitment to addressing diverse learning challenges, particularly in reading and handwriting. Her 21 years in the education field, coupled with her management of a tutoring company, exhibits her leadership skills and dedication to fostering academic growth.
Latrise’s belief that all students can learn and her focus on recognizing each child’s unique learning style is truly admirable. About Us
Transformational Outlook Educational Services is a corporation designed to make learning more appealing to all students based on his or her individual needs. Identifying current levels, functions of behavior, interests, using appropriate reinforcement, token economies, ABA, behavioral interventions, and working on weaknesses are the remedies for success. We encourage families to share report cards, IEP’s, behavioral or 504 plans, medical records, or any documentation that could assist with the development of a specialized ABA, Behavioral or Educational plan for our students. We also believe that the key to learning is having quality Administrators, Supervisors, Teachers, Therapists, Instructional Aides, Family Supports, and Students who want to learn, which is what influenced our Harmonious Teachings Program. The Harmonious Teachings Program is a program created to support students learning with the collective efforts of everyone invested in the child, while including the child.
However, one of the greatest challenges that teachers, tutors, therapists, technicians and families face is trying to get children excited about learning new things. Transformational Outlook Educational Services will work hard to eliminate lack of motivation, confidence, and boredom. Students who enroll in our Harmonious Teaching Program will transform those fears into more successful learning experiences in our educational program!
Ohio ACE
Transformational Outlook Educational Services, LLC is an approved provider for ACE, which will allow our corporation to receive funds from Ohio Ace Educational Savings Accounts. A.C.E stands for Afterschool Child Enrichment Program. This scholarship is for students age 6-18. Families are encouraged to apply in order to see if they are eligible for the funding depending on their household income and family size. All of our team members are observed and trained regularly to use research-based and systematic methods with our students. We strive to identify current levels of performance in order for students to achieve their goals. We focus on monitoring progress along the way to make proper adjustments for success. Strategies and activities are provided that increase self-confidence. We will not hesitate to use reinforcements or B.R.E.A.K.S in order to get students motivated to learn. All of our students learn how fast hard work can pay off through our BREAKS System (Become Really Excited About Knowing Stuff).
